Caringbah Farms is located 45km North of Temora in the South West Slopes region of NSW. It consists of approximately 11,600ha of cropping area.
Caringbah consists of a number of blocks spread over an area which extends 60km East to West and 40km North to South. Therefore, the Annual average rainfall at Caringbah ranges from 450-600mm with around 55% falling in the growing season of April – October.
The production focus on this farm is winter cropping of canola, wheat, barley and legumes such as faba beans, lentils and chickpeas.
Daybreak purchased Caringbah Farms in early 2018 and manages the large aggregation with permanent staff of 5, local contractors and casuals as needed during sowing and harvest.
